RE-ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM

Hotwire came to Oracle looking for a new solution to customer lifecycle messaging. The challenge was to create a new re-engagement message to be sent 1 year after initial subscription, using past customer behavior for personalization to target specific engagement goals.

 

For the pitch, we segmented their subscribers into 4 engagement groups: active, lapsing (purchasers and non-purchasers), and lapsed. Personas were developed for each engagement type and specific messages were crafted to speak directly to each user's individual experiences and desired re-engagement actions.

Hotwire was impressed by our solution and chose to contract with Oracle Creative Services as a full-service client.
