The Verizon Wireless CRM progam is highly data-driven with a strong interest in constantly pushing the technological envelope. While working with Verizon I had the opportunity to put on my thinking cap and apply analytical skills to many complex and personalized/dynamic campaigns. Here are just a few of the programs that I helped develop.
BACK TO SCHOOL iPHONE PROMO
Promotional email message created for Verizon to announce a price drop on the iPhone 4. The creative was aimed toward students, with tie-ins for featured apps as related to a student's lifestyle, integrated against a blackboard background.

HOLIDAY REVEAL AND WIN CAMPAIGN
Promotional concept that utilizes Moveable Ink dynamic image technology to reveal a mystery product, also featuring a live countdown timer — all within the inbox. The mystery message encourages subscribers to come back to the email for multiple chances to guess and win throughout the promo. When each mystery box ends a special offer is added to the secondary timeline. Goal of the concept was to incorporate this new technology and test subscriber engagement over a prolonged promotional period.

SMS Smartphone Quiz
SMS SMARTPHONE UPGRADE QUIZ
Interactive SMS quiz and recommendation email designed to help guide classic phone users into upgrading to the right smarphone OS. The quiz presented a series of phone usage and lifestyle questions, tracking the user's responses to formulate real-time results. Each answer was tied to a specific messaging module that populated the final recommendation email. An aggregate score was used to determine the final recommended OS and most popular devices within that category.
